The keyboard has a great touch and is very comfortable to use. The new Hello user interface allowing the user to have their favorite contacts on the home screen is cool and the graphic change according tot the season. The Facebook app is integrated and accessible directly from the main menu. Check out the video with a quick demo from the LG representative.

We’re not at CES in person but we’re definitely there in spirit, looking over the various coverage from top tech blogs. Engadget, once again, has one of the first comprehensive review of one of the hottest mobiles at the moment: Google’s Nexus One. Joshua Topolsky gives the Nexus One high points on design and feel of the hardware and noted the very powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, which is still hard to come by in mobiles.

It’s difficult to see manufacturer’s fascination with MIDs. Everyone wants to make a pricey multimedia internet device. Inbrics, a Korean company, will probably have VoIP calling. For now the promise is advanced convergence, and we can glimpse a thin device with a slideout QWERTY and touchscreen. The as-yet unnamed device will have WiFi and GPS and is powered by ARM Cortex A8 800MHz processor running on the Google Android OS. Another standaout feature is the AMOLED (active matrix OLED) widescreen. Yes, the screen seems like a long one, the trend, apparently, of future mobile devices.
